Faulty goods must be returned to CafeViva. |

Rejection of quotation for repair will be charged. |

Credit will only be issued prior to managements approval, provided goods are in original condition, including all manuals, software and original packaging. |

If the return of goods take place after 48 hours from the date of invoice (maximum 7 days), the credit passed will be the lesser amount of 80% of the current selling price, or 80% of the original purchase price, provided the goods are still in original condition, including manuals, software, and original packaging. |

No credit will be issued at all if the return is 7 days after the purchase. |

8. |
A 20% handling charge will be issued for goods not being returned with their original packaging, software, or manuals. |

Please back up your data in hard disk drives before sending the machines for support. The workshop will not be held liable for any data loss. |

10. |
Components or parts orders will be cancelled 5 days after completion, if not collected. |
| |
11. |
PC / Notebooks orders will be cancelled 7 days after completion, if not collected. |
| |
12. |
A handling charge of R450 will be issued for cancellation of PC order. |

13. |
Back orders that have come into stocks will be cancelled 5 days after completion. |

14. |
Price lists will not be valid without the terms and conditions pages. |
